We understand that life happens and sometimes even the best laid plans go to the lions. So, we are happy to refund 50% of your registration fee if you cancel your booking, in writing, by Jan. 10, 2010.

Regrettably, since space is limited, we cannot refund any of your registration fee after Jan. 10, 2010.
